Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. Once the app is available, you can also declare your withdrawal via the "Withdraw from contract" function in your account.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early start of the service
Robin is a continuously provided digital service. If you would like us to activate your access immediately — that is, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired — we obtain two express confirmations from you during the order process:
- that we should begin performing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
If you fully use the service before the period expires, your right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to Sec. 356 (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB). As long as your subscription is running, the service is not fully performed — if you withdraw during this time, you owe the proportional compensation for value described above pursuant to Sec. 357a (2) BGB for the service used up to that point. Your account and your data remain yours; only the active subscription ends.
